The Breatheasy System is a unique method of natural blood pressure control that combines slow breathing techniques with relaxing music in an easy-to-use audio program. Both slow breathing and music have received considerable scientific attention for their ability to relax and expand constricted blood vessels. The results can not only be lower blood pressure but also lower LDL (the so-called bad cholesterol) as well as chronic stress and anxiety relief.

The new musical releases, “Nature” and “Otherworldly Music”, increase the Breatheasy program from six to eight extra-length CDs (also available in mp3) and mark the start of the company’s 4th year on the market. “Nature” features natural soundscapes of waves, brooks, rain and thunder, birdsong and more, with and without musical accompaniment. “Otherworldly Music” features a variety of musical forms including Gregorian Chant and Indian Classical.
