TITANIC-THE EXPERIENCE SAILS AGAIN THROUGH LABOR DAY
UNICORP AND ORLANDO ATTRACTION REACH AGREEMENT

August 24, 2007 - ORLANDO Titanic - The Experience owner G. Michael Harris and Unicorp Development owner Chuck Whittall are pleased to announce that after a private morning meeting; an amicable agreement has been reached between the two parties. The world renowned attraction, located on International Drive in Orlando since 1999, is now re-open for business and will remain open through a ’final weekend celebration’ ending at close of business on Labor Day - Monday, September 3rd.

Both parties have agreed to a mutually beneficial timeline for Titanic-The Experience to remove its attraction interiors and historical artifacts in a safe and conservatory method during the month of September, making room for Unicorp to move forward with it’s exciting and much anticipated new development, The Square.

Both parties also wish to state that it is regrettable that any negative attention was given to Unicorp, Titanic-The Experience or the Orlando International Drive attraction area. It is important to both parties to preserve the Titanic artifacts. Titanic has agreed to release the rent due Unicorp that has been held by the courts and the parties are happy for this mutual conclusion.
