Microsoft .NET StockTrader. This downloadable turnkey implementation based on online stock trading scenarios illustrates best-practice programming for high-performance, scalable and interoperable service-oriented applications using Microsoft® .NET Framework 3.0.


Windows Presentation Foundation demo. Microsoft, Linedata Services and Lab49 Inc. joined forces to build a trading demonstration that showcases the dazzling new features of Windows® Presentation Foundation for the buy-side community.


Real-time trading data in Office Excel 2007. GigaSpaces is working with Microsoft to integrate its high-performance, low-latency Space-Based Architecture with Windows Compute Cluster Server, Office Excel® 2007 and Excel Services. A high-volume market data application that involves Office Excel 2007 and GigaSpaces will be demonstrated.


Reference architecture for complex event processing. Microsoft and StreamBase Systems Inc. will demonstrate new architecture that enables .NET applications to access very low-latency data streams as part of algorithmic trading solutions.
