Avanta hits regent street with new business centre
Serviced office company Avanta has expanded its growing portfolio of business centres with the launch of a new London service office in Regent Street.
271 Regent Street will be Avanta’s sixth business centre in the West End, after the company agreed an eight year lease on the 28,000 sq ft building with landlord Norwich Union. The company now run eleven business centres in total, throughout London, along with locations in the Thames Valley and Birmingham.
The building has recently been comprehensively refurbished by Exemplar and GE Real Estate, and will offer occupiers over 55,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation. Based in the heart of the City of London, 23 Austin Friars combines an elegant historic façade with a spectacular interior, offering five levels of office space around a central atrium.
As with all Avanta London business centres, the serviced office space is complemented by a wide range of facilities on offer, including meeting and training rooms, wi-fi equipped communal areas and unbranded reception area. The meeting and training rooms at this prestigious address are also available to hire for outside companies.
Avanta’s team can tailor space to meet the individual requirements of the occupier, from two-person executive suites to entire floors of 9,000 sq ft. Organisations also have the opportunity to enjoy the prestige of the address, but without actually renting space.
