December 13, 2006 -- (TORONTO, ON) – Citytv Toronto begins a six-week run of “Play2Win”, the first live, interactive game show of its kind in Canada, on Thursday, December 21st. The show will run Thursday, Friday, Saturday late night and Sunday afternoons on Citytv Toronto.

The broadcast schedule is as follows:
Thursdays 1:05am - 3:05am
Fridays 3:00am - 5:00am
Saturdays 12:00am - 3:00am
Sundays 2:00pm - 4:00pm

Already a huge sensation in Europe, Asia and gaining popularity in the US, “Play2Win” is a new interactive, show format that makes it easy for viewers to win cash from the comfort of their own living rooms. As a live and highly interactive game show, viewers participate in games that are played in studio --- via text messaging, telephone or visiting the Citytv website at Once entered, viewers play scrabble-type games - Lettershake, Guess the Word, Pyramid, Fair & Square, ABC and Sudoku - and are eligible to win cash prizes through live participation in the show. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to play.
