Singer/Songwriter and Founding Member of 70’s Pop/Rock Band FIREFALL Crawls Out From Under His Rock

WASHINGTON, DC -- 04/25/2005 -- At 23 years old in 1974, as a singer/songwriter and an original/founding member of FIREFALL, Larry Burnett wrote some 25 songs for the 5 albums that FIREFALL released from1976-1981. Apparently it ain’t over.

After taking some time off (25 years?) and failing miserably at various “normal” pursuits, Larry has released a new, limited edition, 6-song CD titled “CONFIDENCE GAME,” which includes an updated, solo acoustic version of his top ten hit, “Cinderella.”

In fact, all cuts on this first solo release are just Larry and his guitar.

LB: “My friends have always said that this is how these songs and I sound best, intimately and starkly presented. Future projects and touring may involve more musicians. We’ll see what happens.”

The CD release is being followed with live solo acoustic performances in carefully selected venues beginning with several dates in the mid-Atlantic U.S.

Larry’s solo acoustic performances will expand through all regions that FIREFALL was successful in (USA, Canada, Japan, and Northern Europe) and eventually connect all the dots in between.
