Lita Dirks to Speak at the 2016 Senior Housing and Care Conference

Lita Dirks, owner of the nationally- acclaimed interior design and model merchandising company, Lita Dirks and Co., will speak at the 2016 Senior Housing and Care Conference, located at the Inverness Hotel and Conference Center in Englewood, CO on Tuesday, April 19, 2016. Dirks will be joined by Ron Meier, Housing Industry Council Chair, Home Builders Association of Denver; Peter Benson, Senior Vice President, Koelbel Urban Homes; and Soo Im, Senior Project Manager, KTGY for a fast-paced session regarding what Baby Boomers desire in new home design (inside and out). The 45- minute session will begin at 11:15 AM MST and will be moderated by Kevin H. Kelly, Husch Blackwell, LLP.

Hosted by the Colorado Real Estate Journal, the Senior Housing and Care Conference is Colorado’s largest gathering of senior housing developers, investors, operators, brokers, lenders and other related real estate professional.
