February 1st is the deadline to submit a completed application to become eligible for the 2016 CIH® Spring Exam window. Each year, the American Board of Industrial Hygiene® (ABIH®) offers two exam windows: April-May and October-November. Successful Applicants who have been approved to take the exam and have paid their exam fee can schedule to take the CIH® exam anytime within those timeframes. The exam consists of 180 items with 5 hours allotted to finish it. There is an optional break between the two sections of the exam. ABIH® has contracted with Prometric Testing to provide convenient exam locations throughout the United States, Canada and in many countries around the world.
