Drawbridge Partners with LiveRamp to Power Additional Cross-Device Capabilities for Customer Link

Enhances LiveRamp SaaS offering for connecting data at the consumer level

San Mateo, CA, USA – WEBWIRE

Drawbridge, the leading cross-device technology company, and LiveRamp, the leading provider of data onboarding and connectivity services, today announced a deepened partnership that utilizes Drawbridge’s Connected Consumer Graph™ to link together anonymous consumer interactions across devices through LiveRamp’s Customer Link product. LiveRamp will offer clients the option to use the Drawbridge graph to enhance how Customer Link connects online and offline data at the consumer level across channels and devices.

“Fragmented customer journeys have blinded marketers’ abilities to comprehensively measure ROI and optimize cross-channel and cross-device strategies,” said Drawbridge CEO Kamakshi Sivaramakrishnan. “With Drawbridge data enhancing LiveRamp Customer Link, marketers can gain deeper insight into consumer interactions and conversions on any channel or device – truly unlocking a holistic view of activity throughout the customer journey.”

Through the integration, LiveRamp Customer Link clients can use Drawbridge’s probabilistic graph to match impressions from mobile devices to anonymous non-PII links that represent a unique consumer. By matching these same links to anonymized customer data from other sources, including sales transactions and exposure to emails, websites, and desktop ads, Customer Link unlocks greater capability for marketers to use their preferred attribution platform or DMP to measure and optimize marketing ROI.

“Customer Link connects data in a privacy-safe way, enabling marketers to gain insight into journeys that span multiple channels and devices over time,” said Travis May, President and GM of LiveRamp. “By partnering with Drawbridge, we can create greater opportunity for marketers to recognize anonymous consumers across touch points and deliver singular customer experiences.”
