Balkan Plumbing Makes Deal for R. D’Attile Sewer and Water Main Contractors Client Base

Sewer and water main contractors, Balkan Plumbing, announced today that the Richmond Hill, N.Y. company has made a deal to take over the clients of industry colleague R. D’Attile Sewer and Water Main Contractors. The friendly takeover follows D’Attile’s decision to leave the NYC sewer and water main business after  40 years in the industry.

The D’Attile plumbing operation has been in the business for over four decades and has earned a stellar reputation for their family values, honesty and integrity. The decision to leave the business and which company to entrust with the care of his customers was especially hard for Robert D’Attile. However, it didn’t take long for him to realize that his mutual trust and respect for David Balkan was all he had to think about in making his choice. A handshake sealed the deal and the two client bases were combined in short order.

“We speak on a regular basis,” said Balkan. “Robert still provides a lot of guidance about how to look after his loyal customers.”

Once the deal was done Balkan Plumbing went right to work making sure they are fully staffed to handle the bigger client list. The company is actively seeking fulltime, year-round backhoe operators and crew leaders to handle the increased load.
