Fast Circuits Expands PCB fabrication Service with Custom Engineering Capabilities

SACRAMENTO, CA, July 21, 2014 -- Fast Circuits Inc., a leading supplier of rigid, flex and rigid flex printed circuits, announced today that it has added PCB engineering to its PCB fabrication and assembly service offerings. These new capabilities are ideal for clients in need of PCB engineering, design, and layout services. This engineer service is effective July 2014.

 “As our PCB sales continue to increase, we see a greater need for engineering services,” said Rella Ding, Fast Circuits’ General Manager. “We are pleased to offer engineering and PCB prototyping capabilities that will expedite our clients’ time to market.”

 The capabilities of new engineering services include:

·         Production Layout of PCBs

·         Project Management of Engineering Prototypes

·         Modification of Gerber Files

·         Updating Bills of Materials

·         Reverse Engineering

·         Production of Turn Key Prototypes

Customers who purchase the new engineering service will receive: new schematics, assembly drawings, and fabrication drawings in PDF formats; a bill of materials (BOM) in Excel format with components identified with UL certified numbers; Gerber files for PCB production; and turnkey prototype quotes, when appropriate.

To support the new engineering services, Fast Circuits has added Senior Design Engineer Fessica Li to its current engineering staff.  Li has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science & Engineering and possesses over 10 years of experience as a design engineer. With her extensive experience from white board concepts to final products, she has the skills to assist our customers who need assistance in solving their electronic design problems.
