Disston™, the global manufacturer of a wide range of power tool accessory products for DIY, contractor and industrial markets, has just developed and launched a new exclusive patented Blu-Mol® Cable and Wire Tacker.

The new Blu-Mol Cable and Wire Tacker is a practical and easy tool for affixing electrical cables, TV and speaker wires along with telephone and computer cables neatly and professionally against walls and other surfaces. The tool features an ergonomic design with a striker pin for affixing plastic fasteners into tight corners and angles with uniform spacing. The Cable and Wire Tacker will initially be sold in a kit-package configuration containing a 1/4” and a 3/16” adaptor. The packaging of the kit will be in a clear and concise clamshell with standard Blu-Mol trade dress and will contain the Cable and Wire Tool, 2 changeable adaptor plates and 40 plastic round cable saddles with zinc plated nails.

The introduction was made by Jim Kenney, Product Marketing Manager for Disston.

This tool promises to be safer, faster, easier and neater to use than trying to do the job the conventional way.

Disston will be unveiling the new Cable and Wire Tacker at the upcoming National Hardware Show® in May at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
