EMSL Mechanical Testing Lab Receives A2LA Accreditation

EMSL is proud to announce that the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) has accredited EMSL Analytical’s corporate headquarters in Cinnaminson, New Jersey for Mechanical Testing (A2LA Cert. #2845.16.)

This accreditation demonstrates technical competence for the defined scope and operation of a laboratory quality management system. It is in accordance with the International Standard ISO/IEC 17025:2005 General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories.

Through the successful completion of the A2LA evaluation process, EMSL Analytical is now accredited to perform the following tests on Metals and Metal Fasteners:

- Hardness
     (a) Rockwell Hardness (C, B, 30N, 15T)

- Metallurgical
     SEM/EDS

- Tension and Compression
      Ambient Environment (150 MPa)
