ADP Acquires the Print Fulfillment Business of SalesLink

NEW YORK, New York -- July 19, 2006 -- ADP Investor Communication Services, a division of Automatic Data Processing’s (NYSE: ADP) Brokerage Services Group, announced today its acquisition of the print fulfillment business of SalesLink, a subsidiary of CMGI, Inc.

SalesLink, with locations in Chicago and Boston, provides inventory and warehouse management, response fulfillment, and print-on-demand services. With highly specialized fulfillment systems, as well as color and black and white on-demand print capabilities, the operation is a natural extension of ADP’s growing fulfillment service.

Many organizations have long looked to both ADP and SalesLink for outsourced distribution of their time sensitive marketing, sales and regulatory materials. Both organizations have developed highly efficient systems for managing material, creating communications on-demand, and speeding documents into the hands of individuals in ways that minimize print and postage costs.

“Adding more resources is part of our strategy to accommodate the information distribution needs of our clients. The SalesLink organization has well trained associates, strong information systems and locations that make sense for us,” says Gerard Scavelli, senior vice president at ADP. “The acquisition will be seamless for existing SalesLink clients, who will now have access to our full range of document management services including electronic delivery, imaging and workflow solutions, and high speed transaction document printing, among other things.”

“The combination of our expertise and systems, and ADP’s outstanding existing platform and dedication to technology and service, will allow us to provide even better service to our customers,” says Bruce Beauchamp, director of operations for SalesLink.
