“Our recipe for our weight loss shake consists of one frozen rotten banana, one scoop of organic whey protein, one scoop of Ruby Reds supplement mix, one tablespoon of cinnamon, one tablespoon of blackstrap molasses and three cups of skim milk”, says Misti Estes. “We mix it all in a blender for approximately 1 minute.”
Along with the rotten bananas, they eat six small healthy meals a day. Eating more frequently helps cleanse the body of toxins, body fat and helps control cravings.
Their six-meal plan includes:
- Breakfast: four eggs omelet, turkey sausage, Ezekiel bread, glass of water
- Post-Breakfast: oatmeal, slice of cantaloupe, water
- Lunch: grilled chicken or turkey sandwich on wheat bread with mustard, glass of water
- Post Lunch: low fat yogurt, strawberries, water
- Dinner: fish, skinless chicken or turkey, steam vegetables, black beans, green tea
- Post Dinner: Rotten banana smoothie, unsalted cashews or pecans, glass of water
For maximum and continual weight loss, Tony and Misti include an easy 30 minutes per day exercise program that consists of:
- Jogging on Mondays and Wednesdays
- Push-ups on Tuesdays and Thursdays
