New Home Sales Strengthening at ArrowWood Homes in Albuquerque, New Mexico
Contrary to typical seasonal new home sales trends, ArrowWood Homes is seeing new home sales on the rise at their Albuquerque, New Mexico community.

The NAR reports that home sales jumped 5.2% in October, its highest level since March 2007. Low interest rates, good housing affordability conditions and rising consumer confidence about home buying is reflected in 18 consecutive months of rising sales.
