Power & Associates APEAL Study have given their highest satisfaction ‘stamp of approval’ to the Dodge Charger and the Dodge Challenger, ranking them highest in their respective categories for the second year in a row. The study, which was announced on Wednesday, July 25, annually identifies consumer likes and dislikes about their vehicle in the categories of vehicle design, content, layout and performance, over the first 90 days of ownership.
    
The Dodge Charger was ranked highest in the “Large Car” segment, while the Dodge Challenger topped the “Midsize Sporty” segment. In fact, the Dodge brand overall was the most improved in the industry, increasing 21 points.
    
There’s more good news as owners consistently found all returning Chrysler Group brands more APEALing this year, as compared with 2011. The Chrysler 300 finished just behind Dodge Charger in the “Large Car” segment, and the FIAT 500, making its study debut, finished second in the “Sub-Compact” segment.
