(Friday, 15th June, 2012) Ontario, Canada - The natural health and wellness blog HealthLady.com has today announced a free teleclass with Rosalie Moscoe RHN, RNCP, author of “Frazzled Hurried Woman! Your Stress Relief Guide to Thriving, Not Merely Surviving”.

The teleclass focuses on how different foods can affect a woman’s mood. It is being held on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at 8:00pm Eastern (NY) time. (5:00pm Pacific, 6:00pm Mountain, 7:00pm Central).

Motivational speaker and wellness consultant Rosalie Moscoe graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and Centennial College’s Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion Program before returning four years later to teach stress management. She is a wellness consultant, Registered Nutritional Consultant, Registered Holistic Nutritionist and motivational speaker on stress relief, nutrition and well-being.

Moscoe has created a comprehensive guide for relieving stress that provides easy-to-follow solutions for the overworked, stressed out, busy woman. She combines medical findings with wisdom of the ages to help women energize and improve their mental and physical health. “My main objective is to help women reduce their stress and step out of the frazzled lifestyle,” Moscoe says. “I want to help them become calm, centered, in charge and start enjoying life again.”

The host of the teleclass, Nancy Desjardins of HealthLady.com, says “We will look at good mood foods; energy boosters and bad mood foods; energy zappers. We will also explore the link between stress, nutrition and moods.”

Moscoes book “Frazzled Hurried Woman!” covers more than just stress management. Moscoe examines psychological issues such as why women over-commit and desire perfection at all costs, putting at risk their health and well-being. She shows women how to achieve a healthy balance in all aspects of life: emotional, physical, nutritional, spiritual and financial, as well as in their relationships. Moscoe claims that “Frazzled Hurried Woman! not only teaches a reader how to maintain control in stressful situations, but also to value and protect their personal time.”
