Life Scripts can be described as the result of dramatic or repetitive messages absorbed before the age of nine or ten, mostly from parents, teachers and other authority figures. These scripts are automatic in nature and usually trigger behavior patterns that sabotage health, goals and dreams. In short, scripts consume energy and rob people of well-being.
At this seminar, Mary Miller will teach how to re-write these scripts so individuals can stop sabotaging themselves and start living. Mary will also describe how to unlock the protective survival patterns that keep people stuck in unwanted situations in life.
