Big Money Madness pays dividends for Commonwealth One Federal Credit Union member

CommonWealth One member Marco Moore wins $10,000 … just for using an ATM

WEBWIRE

CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union today announced that Marco Moore, a CommonWealth One member, won the $10,000 Big Money Madness grand prize. Presented by Allpoint Network and 7-Eleven® stores, the Big Money Madness sweepstakes featured an uncommon method of entry — using an ATM.

Initiating a $40 surcharge-free cash withdrawal at the Allpoint Network ATM inside the 7-Eleven store at 950 Eastern Avenue in Washington, D.C. in December 2011, Marco Moore eventually received far more cash than he expected, $10,000 more, in fact. And, thanks to Big Money Madness and CommonWealth One, his checking account is no worse for wear. Marco Moore received his winnings last month at an in-store awards ceremony hosted by 7-Eleven, and attended by representatives from the retailer, Allpoint Network and CommonWealth One.

“It was great to see one of our members win the Big Money Madness sweepstakes presented by Allpoint Network and 7-Eleven stores,” said Charlotte Cash, vice president, Retail Sales & Marketing, CommonWealth One. “While there can be only one grand prize winner, all CommonWealth One members can share in the reward we provide through Allpoint Network — surcharge-free ATM access at the retail stores most relevant to their day-to-day lives.”

How it Worked: Big Money Madness
The Sponsors: Allpoint Network is the largest surcharge-free ATM network with more than 43,000 ATMs in leading merchant locations across the United States and beyond. 7-Eleven is the premier name and largest chain in the convenience retailing industry.

Enter to Win: Make an Allpoint Network surcharge-free ATM cash withdrawal at any of the more than 1,500 participating ATMs in 7-Eleven stores throughout Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.
