The Woodlands, TX - David Neuenschwander, vocalist, guitarist, and author of the popular online course Speedy Music Reading is publishing his first book next month.

Much like the course, the book will teach beginners How to Read Music along with covering the basics of music theory. The book is scheduled to be released exclusively via Amazon’s Kindle publish platform.

“I’m very excited about the opportunity to help more amateur musicians (or would be musicians) develop their skills and grow musically,” says Neuenschwander. “Writing a book just seemed to be the best way to reach the people who need help. Many musicians think reading music is simply too difficult or takes too long to learn, but with the right approach it doesn’t have to be. The book is my way of giving back to the musical community that’s been so shaping for me.”

Since 2009, Neuenschwander’s course has helped over 3100 men, women and children learn how to read music online, but the release of this book marks the first opportunity for those offline to use his revolutionary system. The book is scheduled to be released March 5, 2012.
