RUcer is a serious of serious and fun networking events for Russian and English speaking coders, developers and software engineers. In addition to a cocktail reception, the event will discuss issues most valuable to coders, such as frameworks, libraries, tools, and server hardware. Examples of specific topics include: JQuery, Smarty, Zend, Mootools, etc.

Attending the event are coders, programmers, developers, software engineers, startups / entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and human resource professionals seeking software developers.

The language at the event will be in both English and Russian.
