Multi-Faceted Recruitment and Retention Campaign Profiles Real-Life Employees

The Verizon Wireless ďOur People. Our Network.Ē advertising campaign, which will run through June, includes print, radio, TV and online ads featuring employees whose work behind-the-scenes helps build and maintain Verizon Wirelessí network.
The ads include an image of each employee in the workplace and his or her own wordís about what makes Verizon Wireless a great employer. All employees cited the role they play in the different aspects of the Verizon Wireless network from the design to the performance to the maintenance of the network, as well as a variety of benefits offered to them by the company as the reasons they like working at Verizon Wireless.
Since its inception, Verizon Wireless has dedicated both financial and human resources to the expansion and enhancement of its national network. Employees featured in the ads include a senior technical analyst, a switch technician, a project engineer, a network engineer and a cell site equipment engineer. These employees are just a handful of the many employees who work behind-the-scenes everyday to make Verizon Wirelessí network the most reliable.
