Rodriguez, who was elected to the state assembly in November of 2010. This special edition of “eHarlem Speaks” airs this Tuesday, April 19, at 9 PM on MNN 4, Time Warner Channel 67, and will re-air on Brooklyn’s B-Cat and the Bronxnet on dates to be announced.
The former Chairman of New York’s Community Board 11, Rodriguez was born and raised in East Harlem, attending local schools and going on to receive his B.A. from Yale University and an MBA from NYU.
