Google Emerging Market Evangelist added to International Search Summit Munich Agenda

Google emerging market evangelist and Display specialist Steffen Ehrhardt will be addressing delegates at the International Search Summit Munich on April 4th.

With display advertising spend expected to increase significantly in 2011, Steffen will look at the relationship between display and search and discuss how display can support and enhance international search campaigns.

Steffen has been with Google since 2003 and is a product manager on the display team, with a particular focus on Central and Eastern Europe and The Middle East and Africa.

The International Search Summit will be in Munich for the first time, as it joins forces with global search marketing conference SMX to provide international content at its events. The one day Summit will offer a range of sessions designed to give insight and advice to marketers operating in multiple countries and languages.

The Summit is hosted by Andy Atkins-Krüger, CEO of international web marketing agency WebCertain and will cover topics from link building to social networking, geo-targeting to video optimization – all with a global focus. The agenda will also feature real-life case studies from global brands operating in the international space.

Other speakers at the Summit will include Jani Penttinen, CEO of global social community Xiha and Cedric Chambaz, Marketing Lead at Microsoft Advertising.

The International Search Summit will be held at the Hilton Munich Park Hotel as part of the 2011 SMX München. All sessions at the Summit will be in English.
