Kcom Billing and Reporting tool shortlisted for national award

Even though the Billing and Reporting tool is still undergoing BETA testing with a handful of customers, feedback has been encouraging and positive to date.

With other functionality such as Cost Centre and Address Book features, customers can produce reports on Outbound Voice, Inbound Voice, Mobile and Bandwidth. Armed with this information they can ensure that their communications infrastructure is optimised to meet the needs of their organisation.
The OBR solution can help customers manage their telephony estate in many ways. They will be able to:
* Identify where employees may be using the phone for non business purposes .e.g. international calls, premium rate services or calls to expensive directory enquiries.
* Distinguish whether numbers dialled (e.g. premium rate 0870) have been used for legitimate business purposes or are in fact inappropriate usage of corporate telephony
* Identify circuits which have had zero traffic over several months but for which you are still paying service charges
* Re-allocate internal cost - understanding which charges (calls, line rentals and other service charges) have been generated by which departments and then being able to accurately cross charge the departments/cost centres appropriately.
