GSI Commerce to Provide Iomega with International E-Commerce Solution in Europe
GSI Commerce will provide the e-commerce technology platform and will integrate it with Iomega’s (http://www.iomega-europe.com ) third-party fulfillment and customer care providers. The technology platform replaces an in-house system and provides country-specific web stores for the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland, as well as a multilingual e-commerce site that will service the remainder of Europe, Israel and South Africa. Overall, the platform will support six languages and six currencies for Iomega’s online stores in Europe. The store launches are scheduled for the second quarter of this year.
