Heloisa, The Spa Diva Wants To Conquer New York City

New York, NY - July 22, 2010 - Since relocating to the Big Apple, New York City, Heloisa Melo, the Spa Diva has brought her wildly popular “Art Of Aromatherapy” course to the Tri-State area’s top aesthetics and massage training schools.

Aromatherapy utilizes essential oils, which are aromatic substances extracted from plants, to promote physical and emotional well-being.

After graduating hundreds of students studying at the professional level, plus a successful soft-launch of her public seminars, Heloisa is now conducting her aromatherapy workshop for professionals and enthusiasts alike.

Heloisa’s “Art Of Aromatherapy” is more than an introductory course in aromatherapy and Ms. Melo’s fun, fact-filled course is essentially the same one taught at the industry level, bringing this important and practical knowledge to a broader audience.

Heloisa says, “This class is one of my most popular amongst my students because its gives them a solid fundamental understanding of how and why aromatherapy is such a powerful and natural way to relieve many of modern life’s ills iike job-related stress.”

This first of many of Heloisa’s workshops will be held Sunday August 22, 2010 beginning at 1pm at the Bowery’s University Settlement Center at 273 Bowery and Houston Street in the borough of Manhattan.

HELOISA MELO, the Spa Diva, is a former Senior Spa Educator at the Aveda Institute South Florida now residing in New York City. She is a licensed massage therapist, aesthetician, spa educator and continuing education provider for the massage board of Florida. Heloisa is the former regional director for the “National Association For Holistic Aromatherapy” (NAHA) and has graduated hundreds of students over the course of her career.
