WEBWIRE

Moondance Jam in Walker, MN is moving into it’s 19th year as one of the premiere rock festivals in the United States with an announcement of some of the acts to appear.

Lynyrd Skynyrd, the Southern Rock kings, will be playing July 17th and closing the festival. Lynyrd Skynyrd will no doubt be playing a few cuts from their latest album “God & Guns.” Skynyrd will be making its 3rd appearance in the 19 year history of the event.

Buckcherry, this Grammy nominated act, is coming off a highly successful tour with KISS, which not only showed off its muscle to their vast following but introduced them to the Classic Rock crowd as well. Buckcherry will appear at the Jam on July 15th.

Pat Benatar and REO Speedwagon will bring their package to Moondance on July 16th. Their two shows represent some of the best rock of the late 70’s and early 80’s.

Additional acts to be released upon confirmation.
