Alphen aan den Rijn – Wolters Kluwer, a market-leading global information services and publishing company focused on professionals, announced the relocation of the company’s Corporate Office in Amsterdam to Alphen aan den Rijn, the Netherlands, effective September 1, 2009. Approximately 80 employees from the Corporate Office and the Legal, Tax & Regulatory Europe division moved into the existing premises of the company that already houses various Wolters Kluwer businesses.
The relocation of offices from Amsterdam to Alphen aan den Rijn is in line with the company’s global real estate consolidation efforts. The businesses Kluwer, Kluwer Law International, Ovid, and Teleroute as well as staff from Wolters Kluwer Corporate Office including the Executive Board, and the Wolters Kluwer Legal, Tax & Regulatory Europe division are based at the Alphen aan den Rijn location, about 500 employees in total.
