Yvonne Bronstorph’s “Dogs with Attitude” Will Be Displayed at the 2024 Los Angeles Times Festival of Books

Yvonne Bronstorph’s “Dogs with Attitude” will be exhibited by the self-publishing and book marketing company ReadersMagnet at the 2024 Los Angeles Times Festival of Books. The literary festival will take place at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, on April 20-21, 2024.

The L.A. Times Festival of Books is an annual public festival celebrating community, literature, culture, and arts. Considered the largest book festival in the U.S., the event has drawn around 150,000 visitors annually. Visitors include authors, book lovers, exhibitors, celebrities, artists, and musicians. “Dogs with Attitude” is an animal lover book that tells the story of the author’s dogs in her childhood. It features five dogs named Tiger, Scrappy, Sammy, Champ, and Bow Wow. The author describes each dog with their distinguishing characteristics and tells their stories when they were still living.

The pet book opens with a reminiscence of long-lost pets as the author brings her reader back in time to give a glimpse of her younger years with her beloved dogs. The author wrote this book for all ages.

Yvonne was born in Jamaica. Educated in England and Jamaica. She enjoys classical music and played the cello recorder, clarinet and guitar as a teenager. She is a wife, mother and grandmother. Worked for the Jamaican Government. Migrated to U.S.A and worked as an Educator. She is retired and continues in her love of reading, writing and music.
