Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Goldman, Sachs & Co., and Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc. are the joint lead managers. The co-managers include Barclays Capital Inc., Citigroup Global Markets, Inc., FTN Financial Capital Markets, HSBC Securities Inc., Lehman Brothers Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. There is a designated selling group comprised of 10 additional dealers.
