Tilgin wins order for IP software from a leading Polish operator
Stockholm, Sweden.- Tilgin, a leading provider of solutions for multiplay and next-generation broadband services, today announces a first order on service and device management software, VCM, from a leading Polish broadband operator. Tilgin’s software enables the operator to further strengthen its IP services offering to consumers
The operator will introduce Tilgin’s latest service and device management software, VCM 5, to be deployed in Polish households. The order value of this initial order is limited.
Tilgin’s VCM 5 is designed for cost efficient handling of Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) and offers auto-provisioning, remote support, as well as the capacity to comprehensively manage, diagnose and troubleshoot up to millions of devices in homes.
This new order is a confirmation of Tilgin’s technological leadership and portfolio width, and is also an important step in realizing the potential of the deployment in new geographical markets in 2009.
“The trust in Tilgin from this leading Polish operator proves both the stability and the flexibility in our software and that it meets the most advanced market requirements”, says Ola Berglund, CEO of Tilgin. “It is in line with our key strategic intent to make the software component of our offering more visible.“
