Bruntwood completes office space development at St Hughs in Bootle
Bruntwood, commercial property firm, has announced the completion of the development of St Hugh’s, the company’s first office development in Bootle, Liverpool. The building has undergone an extensive £3.6m transformation both externally and internally, which includes a new reception and some of the highest quality office space in Liverpool. The development at St Hugh’s is a 48,000 sq ft, six storey building located on Stanley Road in Bootle town centre.

The building has been designed to cater for businesses with between 1 and 500 people, so will accommodate a wide variety of office space requirements.”
