Harrisburg’s Triple Crown Corporation Wins Association Awards

Triple Crown Corporation of Harrisburg took home awards from two separate professional organizations during the month of October.

Two of their model homes won a total of eleven awards at the Harrisburg Home Builders Association’s Parade of Homes Gala held October 2 at the West Shore Country Club in Camp Hill. Triple Crown’s rental communities won a host of awards at the Apartment Association of Central PA’s (AACP) Annual Best of Living Awards Gala held at the Radisson Penn Harris Hotel & Convention Center on October 16.

“Once again we have been recognized for providing excellence in real estate services to the Harrisburg area,” says Mark X. DiSanto, CEO of Triple Crown Corporation. “Each of these award ceremonies are wonderful and we are proud to be recognized again this year.”

At the Parade of Homes Gala in the single-family division, Category II (homes between $249,900 and $299,999), the “Wythe” model in Ivy Ridge, Swatara Township, won the Gold award for Decorating in addition to Silver awards for Interior, Exterior, Kitchen, Master Suite/Bath and Landscaping.

In the single-family homes Category IV (homes between $370,000 and $399,999), the “Victoria” model located in Carriage Park, Palmyra, won Gold for Exterior, Interior, Kitchen, Decorating and Landscaping.

At the AACP Awards Gala, GeorgeTown Crossing won an award for Maintenance Excellence (Star Performer) and tied for second as Maintenance Team of the Year.

The Bent Creek Apartments community won the AACP award for Curb Appeal Excellence, Leasing and Marketing Excellence (Star Performer) and Overall Community Excellence (Star Performer).

La Collina, a rental community near Progress Avenue in Harrisburg, won AACP awards for Overall Community Excellence, Leasing & Marketing Excellence, Maintenance Excellence (Star Performer) and Curb Appeal Excellence (Star Performer).

Each rental community was recognized for their commitment to community service.

Jennifer Kraft, East Shore Property Manager, was honored with the Property Manager of the Year award at the AACP gala.

Founded in 1977 by Alex DiSanto, Triple Crown Corporation began operations with four employees. DiSanto’s sons, John and Mark, purchased the company in 1997 and the company has grown at a steady pace over the last thirty-one years. They now have 65 full-time employees across the Harrisburg region.
