Alliant Energy Beloit Operations Center realignment now complete

All Beloit district operations are now located at 935 W B-R Town Line Road

Wisconsin Power and Light Company (WPL), an Alliant Energy company, has relocated operations formerly located at 2400 Springbrook Court in Beloit to its building at 935 W B-R Town Line Road, just north of the City of Beloit. The mailing address for the Beloit Operations Center as well as its Southern Area Operations will be: Alliant Energy, 935 W B-R Town Line Road, Beloit, WI 53511-8823.

Alliant Energy’s facility at 2400 Springbrook Court was purchased by the City of Beloit and is being used to consolidate city utility operations. Since Alliant Energy no longer has operations in Illinois, and with space in the company’s building located at 935 W B-R Town Line Road, it made sense to consolidate to that location.

“The arrangement is working out well for both Alliant Energy and the City of Beloit, we really see it as a win-win situation,” said Bridget Aldridge, Alliant Energy Supervisor of Customer Operations in Beloit. “The city is taking ownership of an excellent facility while Alliant Energy has realigned operations in a manner and location where we can provide the best possible service to our customers in the greater Beloit communities.”
