Award Recognises Juniper’s Customer Care and Service Delivery in Intrusion Detection/Protection Systems Market
MALAYSIA, June 2008 -- Juniper Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: JNPR), the leader in high-performance networking, today announced that its customer care programmes and service delivery won Computerworld Malaysia’s 2008 Customer Care Awards in the intrusion detection/ protection systems category. The award was accepted by Wan Kamal, country manager for Juniper Networks Malaysia, at the 2008 Customer Care Awards event in Malaysia, last night (June 5).
Respondents drawn from Computerworld’s 5,000 readers ranked Juniper Networks as the top vendor from six for their customer care and service delivery in the Malaysian intrusion detection/protection systems market.
The company received an equivalent award in the firewall/ VPN solutions category of Computerworld Singapore’s 2008 Customer Care Awards.
