Disney, Chase Renew Multi-Year Credit Card Agreement, To Continue Tradition Of Rewards Magic

BURBANK, Calif. and Wilmington, DE -May 2008 - Disney Credit Card Services, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company (NYSE: DIS) and Chase Card Services, a division of JPMorgan Chase & Co. [NYSE: JPM], will continue their successful card alliance, renewing their co-brand card agreement for the Disney Rewards® Visa® Card from Chase.

The Disney Rewards Visa Card is one of the fastest growing rewards cards for families, with over 2 million Cardmembers joining since its launch in 2003.
