NetTrav/P1D Family Strengthens Executive Management Team with Key Hires
San Diego, CA ( May 26, 2008) --In a continuing effort to expand the travel company’s long-term growth, Net Trav, Inc --parent company of Platinum One Destinations (P1D)—today introduced its newly appointed Executive Management Team of six key individuals.
Net Trav and P1D CEO Deborah Smith said this change brings representation from all areas of business and creative development, and encourages the sustainable growth of the netTrav.com travel portal and its accompanying direct sales business opportunity.

As a further resource to the netTrav.com/P1D development, Synergy Marketing Group (SMG)--the sales, marketing and training company for netTrav.com and P1D distributors-–has appointed Dave Heidel as its new VP of Business Development. Heidel comes from a 25-year career in executive level sales, marketing and business development for companies including Eaton Corporation, Capstone Microturbine and ThinGap.
In 2004, Heidel moved into network marketing, and chose the Synergy team and systems to support the growth of his home-based travel business. Ray W. Mullens III has been appointed the Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Ray W. Mullens III is an award-winning executive with a diverse history of accomplishments in operations and sales for Fortune 500 companies including AT&T, The First American Corporation and TCG. He has built quality customer service organizations to support extensive sales networks and brings excitement and enthusiasm to Net Trav. With a rich background of leading change and management for sustainable growth and success, Ray will continue to enhance existing operational systems, and streamline netTrav.com and P1D communications.
Salman Hassan has been appointed the Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
Salman Hasan brings more than 17 years experience in the travel industry, with the past 10 years focused on building online IT solutions for airlines, travel companies and hotels. In founding and managing Patheo Inc.--an online travel technology company that reached $300 million in revenues--Salman developed the first online booking system for travel agents, delivering highly adaptable and efficient solutions to the market. Under his direction, the company developed strategic partnerships with key industry players such as Sabre, Amadeus, Worldspan, Lufhansa, Continental and more than 100 large travel operators.
Steve Dahl has been appointed the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
For more than 20 years Steve Dahl has worked with a large variety of clients in the development of winning marketing strategies. Dahl is the recipient of a prestigious Addy Award for his work producing and writing client advertising campaigns. His clients have included U.S. Foodservice, Boise City National Bank, Design Line Interiors, Affiliated Wealth, ConAgra, Culligan, Tree Top, Washington Apple Commission, The Conference Depot, Norstar Group, Longevity Dynamix, and Jenny Craig. Lloyd Wilson has been appointed to Vice President of Sales
Lloyd Wilson’s 35-year business achievements began with four years as the youngest branch manager of a major California bank. He then went on to enjoy 18 years of sales management success in the deregulated telecommunications industry. Wilson then founded a specialized Value Added Reseller company for a technology manufacturer in the emerging voicemail industry, where clients included SoCal Edison and a selection of National Fortune 500 Companies such as 3M.
