NYSE Euronext Completes Acquisition of Wombat Financial Software

New York – NYSE Euronext (NYX) today announced the closing of its $200 million acquisition of Wombat Financial Software (Wombat), the technology innovator and world leader in market data management solutions, as previously announced on January 14, 2008. Wombat will join TransactTools as part of the newly formed NYSE Euronext Advanced Trading Solutions division.
