CA Joins OCEG as the Newest Member of the Leadership Council

ISLANDIA, N.Y. and PHOENIX, AZ.– CA (NYSE: CA) and The Open Compliance and Ethics Group (OCEG) announced that CA, one of the world’s largest independent software companies, has joined the OCEG as a member of the Leadership Council and that Kenneth Handal, executive vice president of Global Risk and Compliance at CA, will represent the company on the council. Based on extensive experience providing enterprises in-depth visibility into IT and business performance, aligning resources to business strategy and ensuring regulatory and legal compliance, CA will contribute to OCEG’s expanding roster of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) practitioner guides, process-oriented tools and program management initiatives.
