Delta Customers Affected by Winter Weather in the Northeast May Change Travel Plans Without Penalties or Fees

ATLANTA. – Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) customers booked on flights to, from or through cities in the U.S. northeast currently impacted by winter storms may make adjustments to their travel schedule without penalty or fees, effective immediately.

Customers who purchased tickets by Feb. 13, 2008, and are scheduled to travel through Feb. 15, 2008, to, from or through the following cities on Delta, Delta Connection or Delta-coded flights, may make a one-time change without penalty or additional fees if tickets are changed by Feb. 15. Travel must begin on or before Feb. 16, 2008. Changes to origin and destination may result in a fare increase. Any fare difference between the original ticket and the new ticket will be collected at the time of rebooking.

Customers whose flights are canceled may request refunds. All customers are encouraged to visit delta.com/travelupdates for the latest news on the winter storms.

* Cleveland
* Hartford, Conn.
* Newark, NJ
* New York (LaGuardia and JFK)
* Philadelphia
