Relectric Assists with Christmas Miracle

Relectric had the privilege of working with InnVision, a women and children’s shelter for the homeless, this past Christmas. InnVision explained that over the holiday month, almost 1200 children would pass through their facility in San Jose, and InnVision was running low on Christmas gifts and books for these children. When we found out about the need, we immediately recruited our local customers to assist us with the challenge.

Within just a couple of hours we already had sizeable donations from Pfeiffer Electric, CH Reynolds, ECS Refining, Wolf Electric, United Data Tech, Earth Care Recycling, Serrano Electric, and many more. With just two days to rally together our resources, Relectric and the above mentioned companies were able to pull together over $5000 to purchase more than 750 toys. The toy shop at InnVision was just about empty when we arrived, but by the time we left, the toy shop was full - and so were the hearts of so many children that would now be getting toys for Christmas.

A special thanks to the contractors that were involved with the toy drive. We would also like to thank those who took part in our coat drive, and our annual casino night which benefited the Make a Wish Foundation.
