Icelandair picks up outstanding website award

WEBWIRE, in partnership with IT company Amadeus, has won the ‘Outstanding Achievement Award’ in the airline category at this year’s Interactive Media Awards.

Judged by a panel of experts from organisations such as Microsoft, Time Warner and The New York Times, the website of Icelandair scored 475 out of 500 and fared particularly well in 3 out of 5 categories; content, usability and design.
