Microsoft Recognizes Vendors for Outstanding Performance in 2007

Microsoft Corp. today announced the winners of the 2007 Microsoft® Vendor Program (MSVP) Excellence Awards. This year’s six winners — Grubb & Ellis Management Services Inc., MV Transportation Inc., LCJ EEIG, HP, Infineon Technologies AG and Kelly Services Inc. — were chosen from among the more than 15,000 vendors that Microsoft works with in the United States.

The MSVP Excellence Awards are handed out annually to vendors that consistently provide outstanding service and results to Microsoft. A panel of Microsoft executives selected this year’s winners, which were nominated by Microsoft employees based on criteria such as value, quality, flexibility, innovation, security and privacy. The winners received their awards today at the sixth annual MSVP Annual Vendor Summit, held on Microsoft’s corporate campus in Redmond.

“Selecting the MSVP Award winners is always a challenge, and this year proved no exception,” said Tim McBride, general manager and chief procurement officer at Microsoft. “It’s my privilege to say that the six vendors we recognize today truly stand out, and the exceptional service they deliver is invaluable to our company and our customers.”
