Airbus A380 on flying display at Le Bourget 2007

Airbus, the world’s leading aircraft manufacturer by deliveries, comes to the Paris International Air Show (18th to 24th June) at the Le Bourget Airport close to Paris, bringing three aircraft to the display. The A380 MSN009, powered by Engine Alliance GP7200 engines, will take part in the flying displays every day during the Show and a second A380, MSN007 fitted with a demonstration cabin, will be on static display throughout the week. Visits are upon appointment only. An Airbus A330-200 from Qatar Airways will also be on static display from Monday 18th to Thursday 21st June.

During the week, Airbus will be present at the EADS Pavilion (Row A - 420 - 426), with a special Chalet dedicated to the media (Row B - 177 - 179). The main stand is in Hall 2 (Hall 2A-18) with on display, half-scale models of aircraft from each Airbus aircraft Family and impressive 1:20 scale models of the A380 and the new A350XWB on the 1,468 square meters showcase floor.

On Tuesday, 19th June, Airbus will hold a press conference starting at 10 a.m. at the Le Bourget Air Show Press Centre (Auditorium). Further commercial announcements are expected to take place during the course of the week.
