Image Innovations Holdings Inc. Signs Vending Machine Distribution Agreement With RB Energy, LLC to Sell Red Bull Energy Drink Through Vending Machines

NEW YORK, NY -- 11/24/2004 -- Image Innovations Holdings Inc. (OTC BB: IMGV) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary Image Innovations Sports & Entertainment, Inc. has signed a vending machine distribution agreement with RB Energy, LLC., whose vending machines will sell the Red Bull Energy Drink. Image Innovations Sports & Entertainment will have the right to place these vending machines in various markets, including, colleges and universities, military installations, stadiums and arenas. The Red Bull Energy drink will be offered through these vending machines. The agreement is for five years with automatic renewals thereafter.
