Burger King® To Expand in Hong Kong and Enter Macau

INGAPORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 23, 2007--Burger King Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:BKC) announced today that its subsidiary, BK ASIAPAC, PTE. LTD., has awarded exclusive development rights for Hong Kong and Macau to a fully owned subsidiary of North Asia Strategic Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The first BURGER KING(R) restaurant in downtown Hong Kong is scheduled to open by December 2007.
