Class Action Lawsuit Against RadioShack

BENSALEM, Pa. -- A securities class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of shareholders who purchased the common stock of RadioShack Corporation (Nasdaq:RSH) between January 2003 and June 2006, which alleges that RadioShack violated federal securities laws by issuing a series of material misrepresentations to the market during the Class Period concerning the Company’s business and prospects, artificially inflating the price of RadioShack securities.

The class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
