ShieldZone – Screen Protector Manufacturer – Hires CFO

SALT LAKE CITY - ShieldZone announced has named Brandon T. O’Brien as Chief Financial Officer.

O’Brien joins ShieldZone with over 12 years of experience in financial accounting, VP finance and controller level positions with publicly traded companies and international accounting firm experience. Mr. O’Brien has also had experience with several due diligence projects related to mergers and acquisition activities.

“Brandon brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and ability to the company,” said Robert Pedersen II, ShieldZone’s president and CEO. “His leadership and direction will be invaluable to ShieldZone as our business grows and as opportunities arise.”

As CFO, O’Brien will be responsible for overseeing all financial management aspects of the company, including managing business risks, financial planning and analysis, capital management and assuring the accuracy of record keeping.

O’Brien is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Certified Financial Manager and member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Institute of Management Accountants (IMA). O’Brien has a master’s degree (MBA) in finance from the University of Utah, and a bachelor of science in accounting from Utah State University.
